Avriy operates from UAE and delivers products all over Pakistan. Being manufactured in Dubai, our products have uncompromised quality; however, we ensure seamless delivery and service as well.
After placing your order, you will soon receive a confirmation call to verify your address and personal information. It usually takes 1-2 business days for packaging purposes. After dispatching your order, it takes another 3-4 business days to reach Pakistan. The logistics will deliver the order in further 1-2 business days. So overall, it takes 10-14 business days to deliver the order on its desired destination.
If your order is late and hasn’t been delivered within 14 business days- you can contact our customer service to inquire its status or email us at email@example.com.
Note that the Avriy is operative only on the standard business days.
The orders placed from overseas (including Pakistan) are delivered within 10-14 working days. However, if one has placed the order after 3 pm, it will proceed on the next working day.
In case of any urgent or special order delivery, contact us at ____________ to inquire about the shipping charges as per the time duration and destination , or you can call us at ________________ . Make sure you submit the correct personal information, especially your detailed and accurate address and location information, to avoid any delay in delivery. Also, you must give the right contact information as most of the courier agents may call you for confirmation of your address. In case of no response from the given contact, the courier agents will not proceed further and will send the order back to us. It may then take time to rearrange the delivery process.
Any order exceeding the limit of PKR.4,999 will be rewarded with free shipping and delivery all over Pakistan. Yet for orders less than PKR 4,999, the customer will have to pay the delivery charges, which include clearance charges, tax, etc.
Following are the payment options that you can use
Any order exceeding the amount of PKR 10,000 will be charged for half of the order in advance through online payment methods.
Avriy has featured all the available sizes for all the products. If a customer mistakenly orders the wrong size and request an exchange from the company, the individual would have to pay a 25 % deduction as per the price of an exchanged item. Avriy takes no responsibility if a customer chooses the wrong size of an item what so ever.
Also, since we are Dubai based and overseas shipment takes time, it would take somewhat seven working days to act upon your exchange request. The free of cost size change can only be done if any problem occurs from the company’s end.
Otherwise, the customer will have to pay the required charges to send the item back to the company so it can be replaced.
The customer would be liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address.
Avriy reserves all the right to accept or reject any claims of refund or exchange if the claim does not meet the company’s policy mentioned above. For exchange please email us at ________________ or call us at _________________.
Refund or return is possible only under the following conditions
The claim for reformed must be made within seven days onwards the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for sending the item back to the company safely so we can send you the exchanged or item or provide you a refund.
The refund will be done afterwards the standard inspection process once we receive the parcel back.
We provide cash refunds only if the item that needs to be exchanged is not in our stock anymore. We try our best to deliver the items safely at your doorsteps however if the parcel is damaged in any way the customers can ask for a full-fledged refund by emailing us at ___________
You can withdraw or cancel your order before your order has been dispatch. Once the delivery comes under process, and we generate a tracking number for your order - you can not cancel it.
Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3-7 working days, depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.
In the case of COD, once a refund is confirmed, we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning items. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.
CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS
Avriy accepts no refund or exchange on any items sold at the sale. Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.
There will be no cash refund possible on any sale or clearance item. In case of any mishap, the company may issue you a voucher of the same value as the item you purchased on sale (after a thorough inspection of any claim)
Your access and use of Avriy website will be considered as your agreement upon all our clauses. all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Site.
In case of any disagreement, you must immediately stop using our site.
Avriy beholds the rights to change, include or exclude any clause from these terms and condition at any time without any prior or post notice. The company also reserve the right to terminate your access to the website in case of any violations of the rules and regulations mention in this Terms and conditions policy and make take the action against you as per the legal framework of the country.
